   • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you still wish to cancel, you will need to follow our return policy after receiving the order.

4. Refunds:

   • If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
   • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

5. Exceptions:

   • Custom-made, personalized, or special-order items are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
   • Digital products and downloadable items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
